Gunpowder Biltong is built around our loaded Gunpowder seasoning, combining cracked pepper and salt with activated charcoal that has been cold smoked over Australian redgum. The result is a strong savoury flavour with real smoke character.

The charcoal used in this biltong is made from Australian redgum and cold smoked using redgum and cherry wood. During the smoking process, the charcoal absorbs a high level of smoke, which is then carried through the seasoning and into the meat.
