Ragin’ Cajun is built around one of the great spice blends.
We start with premium Australian beef, then season it with a Cajun mix that hits every note - smokiness from paprika, warmth from cayenne, sweetness from capsicum, and savoury depth from garlic.
The spices are designed to soak into the beef fibres during marination, not sit on the surface. Once dried low and slow, the jerky delivers steady flavour that keeps developing the longer you chew.
