We start with premium Australian grass-fed beef and marinate it slowly in our garlic-infused blend, giving the flavour time to soak right through the meat - not just coat the outside.
The jerky is then carefully dried at lower temperatures to preserve both the natural beef flavour and the richness of the garlic. The result is a savoury, balanced chew that delivers flavour without overwhelming the palate.
