The Chief’s Beef Jerky Recipe

We start with premium Australian beef and our sweet, smokey BBQ marinade — then boot it up with a carefully balanced trifecta of hot chillies.

Those chillies aren’t just dusted on the outside. The flavour soaks deep into the meat fibres during our slow drying process, so the heat and BBQ flavours reveal themselves the longer you chew.

Months of trialling with a chilli expert in Far North Queensland went into landing this blend — enough heat to satisfy chilli lovers, without overpowering the beef.
