While there’s zero alcohol in the finished product, our Bourbon BBQ Beef Jerky starts with an Australian-made bourbon-style BBQ marinade that’s built for flavour absorption, not surface coating.

We let the sauce soak deep into premium Australian beef before slow drying at low temperatures, so the flavour becomes part of the meat - not something sprayed on after. The result is a sweet, salty, smokey chew that tastes richer with every bite.
