Salt and vinegar is a harder flavour to get right than most - especially in dried beef.
We start by soaking premium Australian beef in a potent vinegar and salty soy blend, so the flavour penetrates deep into the meat. After drying it low and slow, we finish it with our specially crafted salt and vinegar seasoning to lock in that unmistakable bite.
To give you full control, we include a separate bag of salt and vinegar powder = tear it open, shake it on, and crank the tang exactly how you like it.
