Classic salt and pepper with deep beef flavour. Clean, savoury, and beef forward with subtle depth from Worcestershire sauce and nutmeg.
Chipotle Biltong
Smokey chipotle flavour with mild sweetness and very light heat. Rated 2 out of 10 for spice. This one is about smoke and balance.
Lemon Pepper Biltong
Fresh lemon zest paired with cracked black pepper. Bright, savoury, and well-seasoned without heat.
Peri Peri Biltong
Zesty citrus notes with garlic, herbs, and gentle chilli warmth. Savoury with a clean kick that builds as you chew.
