THE CHIEF’S BEEF JERKY RECIPE

This recipe was built out of frustration.
Too many chilli lime jerkies whisper the lime or forget the heat altogether. We wanted both - loud, clean lime flavour and a chilli punch that actually burns.

We use Australian-grown limes for a sharp citrus bite, paired with cayenne chilli and marinated in soy sauce to drive flavour deep into the beef. The result is a jerky that hits upfront, builds as you chew, and finishes clean without overpowering the meat.
