What it’s like
Our biltong is air-dried the traditional way, not cooked. That means thin slices, a tender chew, and real beef flavour — not sweet, soft supermarket meat.
The BBQ seasoning is applied after drying, so it sticks better and delivers a deeper, more rounded flavour than lean cuts alone.
How it’s made
We use a traditional South African-style process to air-dry grass-fed Australian beef. The meat is seasoned to enhance flavour and preserve it naturally — not soaked in vinegar, so nothing overwhelms the beef.
Each batch is made fresh, sliced ready-to-eat, and packed for maximum flavour and tenderness.
