THE CHIEF’S BEEF JERKY RECIPE


Loaded Gunpowder Beef Jerky is built from just four premium ingredients:
  1. Australian grass-fed beef
  2. Himalayan rock salt
  3. Cambodian Kampot black pepper
  4. Activated, cold-smoked redgum charcoal
We start heavy on the Himalayan rock salt - this is a salty jerky by design. The Kampot black pepper brings a distinctive bite with aromatic depth you don’t get from standard peppercorns.
The final hit comes from our signature charcoal. We turn Australian river redgum into charcoal, activate it, then cold smoke it over redgum and cherry wood. That process infuses the charcoal with deep smoke before it ever touches the beef.
The result is a jerky that’s gritty, smokey, and loaded with character.
