Our Original Beef Jerky starts with top-quality Australian grass-fed beef and a restrained seasoning approach designed to complement, not mask, the meat.
We use just enough salt and subtle spice to bring out the natural flavour of the beef, then dry it low and slow to develop that classic jerky chew and depth of taste.
This recipe is proof that when the beef is good, you don’t need much else.
