Our Campfire Beef Jerky is slow dried to keep the fibres intact and allow the marinade to properly soak into the meat.
Savoury spices, natural smoke and a touch of chilli are absorbed gradually, creating a dry, chewy jerky that releases flavour as you work through it — not all at once.
