THE CHIEF’S BEEF JERKY RECIPE
Born out of frustration, this recipe was made to bring maximum flavour delivery. A lot of chilli lime beef jerky only has faint whispers of lime flavour or tastes like a bland chilli without any burn. Using Australian grown limes combined with Cayenne chilli, marinaded in soy sauce, we've made a seriously tasty Chilli Lime Beef Jerky.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT
Pull out a piece of our jerky and take a bite - first you'll experience the tart tanginess of the lime, enough to make your tastebuds tingle in anticipation of what's to come. Then the chilli kicks in with a good burn that lingers, adding an extra level of flavour you didn't know you were missing. We rate its heat at 4/10 but honestly everyone has their own experience!
