We’ve paired Aussie grown limes picked for maximum freshness that have a strong, tart bite with our secret blend of chillis for a TASTY kick and delish flavour. You can practically feel the lime juice running down your hands with each piece.

Born out of frustration, this recipe was made to bring maximum flavour delivery. A lot of chilli lime Biltong only has faint whispers of lime flavour or tastes like a bland chilli without any burn. I couldn't handle that.

Over our traditional biltong we sprinkle our chilli lime mix. It makes a seriously tasty Chilli Lime Biltong.

Biltong is TENDER - it chews easier than our beef jerky; our crafted drying process leaves each slice very chewable and moreish.

Biltong starts life as large chunks of topside beef. The outside is generously seasoned and the meat hung and left to dry.

THE CHIEF'S BILTONG RECIPE

Our Biltong uses a very old traditional South African recipe. These ingredients are used to flavour but also preserve the beef. Some brands soak their Biltong in vinegar to preserve it and this can dominate the flavour. Not our Biltong.

We sprinkle unique spices over our Traditional Biltong to give you the best quality Biltong with a huge range of flavours to chew through.

The Chief's Biltong is made from GRASS-FED Australian cattle. His marinades are all HAND CRAFTED and unique.
