We've taken The Chiefs legendary LOADED GUNPOWDER recipe and combined it with our mouthwatering Fatty Biltong.

Salty and Peppery, covered with activated charcoal that’s been COLD smoked over AUSTRALIAN REDGUM. Gunpowder Fatty Biltong will leave you craving more.

Black and a little gritty from our unique smoked charcoal seasoning, this one looks strange to the uninitiated but don’t be afraid, you know you wanna try a suprisingly tasty charcoal infused Fatty Biltong!

Our activated charcoal, that we source from Australian Red Gums, is cold smoked with Cherry and Redgum wood and acts like a sponge - absorbing a lot of smoke during the process.

You can taste the timber.

THE CHIEF'S BILTONG RECIPE

Our Fatty Biltong uses a very old traditional South African recipe. These ingredients are used to flavour but also preserve the beef. Some brands soak their Fatty Biltong in vinegar to preserve it and this can dominate the flavour. Not our Fatty Biltong.

We sprinkle unique spices over our Traditional Fatty Biltong to give you the best quality Fatty Biltong with a huge range of flavours to chew through.

The Chief's Fatty Biltong is made from GRASS-FED Australian cattle. His marinades are all HAND CRAFTED and unique.
